ISO 42001 Advisory and Management
We help establish and maintain an AI management system (AIMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 42001. The work covers governance, documentation, responsibilities and the review activities needed to keep the system current.

What We Do
- Define the intended AIMS scope, organisational roles and relevant AI uses.
- Organise AI policies, risk and impact assessment records, and responsibilities.
- Establish review activities for suppliers, information use, human oversight and changes.
- Coordinate evidence, management reviews and improvement actions, including preparation for independent certification where relevant.
What You Receive
You receive the agreed AIMS documentation and a practical plan for keeping it current. The engagement can support initial readiness or ongoing administration of an established management system.
Engagement Scope
The scope identifies any specialist legal, model-testing or sector expertise needed. Management owns the decisions, and independent certification remains separate. A management-system certificate is not a guarantee of every AI system’s safety or outputs.
